In True Blood Season 5: Inside the Episode #54 (VIDEO) director Dan Attias explains how Roman's (Chris Meloni) death is 'not the typical goo-splat.' LOL. Here. Instead of the 'goo-splat' which people are complaining(!) is getting old (I think it is awesome--every time---vamps that go all splodey--what's not to love?) they CGI'd Meloni's face sort of caving in and rotting:

My guess is, how could she not know? She is the sole iStake tech. She made such a big deal to Bill and Eric about not fiddling with them or trying to deactivate them and testing, testing, testing...she had to have put Russell's on--so I'm surmising that this look on her face is one of anticipation, albeit the super-scared kind of anticiapting, that the big, big plan is about to go down...or I could be wrong and she's gonna get staked, ASAP.
