Besides the awesome Jessica Tuck being promoted as 'Nan Flanagan' (see below) to series regular playing a liason/mouthpiece for 'The Authority,' the vampire equivalent to a police state (& doing it really, really well!), several other season 4 roles have just been cast.
As reported exclusively by Deadline.com True Blood's casting department has been working overtime beefing up what is guaranteed to be a sort-of-gargantuan season 4 cast.
I'm not familiar with anyone's work other than Tuck's so you'll have to tell me if these are good choices:
Janina Gavankar, who I've seen neither in The Gates nor The L Word, has joined True Blood's upcoming fourth season as a regular. Gavankar will play will play 'Luna, a super-sexy public school teacher and shapeshifter who is first seen attending an informal gathering with others like her.' Alexandra Breckenridge, also known professionally as both 'Alex' and 'a noted voiceover artist' who (also not-seen-by-me in Dirt, Life Unexpected) will be True Blood's 'Daisy,' a 'member of a wiccan group founded by Marnie' (also newly-cast series regular, Fiona Shaw) and...

...rounding out the three is Vedette Lim (above) (As the World Turns--Is that still on?!) have come on board the HBO smash in a recurring capacity. Lim will portray 'Naomi, a fierce fighter who participates in underground cage matches for money.'Production on HBO's True Blood season 4 for airing in June 2011, is scheduled to commence on December 1, 2010.
ok so now that i can write to you!!!!!1its been awhile, so i am not really feeling the new cast members, something seems wrong about them maybe its not what i had in mind when i pictured them in the book...but then again its AB....so big ? who will play Quinn? and does season 4 start with Erics amnesia? ok so when i have more ? i will write by the way i like this blog, but i miss truebloodblog, u always do an amazing job
