At best this is a morsel as there's not much to go on here. There are a couple of new angles on scenes and I'm not sure--did Maryann's minions already go after Sam at Merlotte's with butcher knives and such?
Hey look! A portent of things to come in season 3, methinks!
But there are several already- shown scenes and the promo includes "Hung" and "Entourage."
Waiting is the hardest part. I'm dying. Here are a few caps with a detail or two that I
missed before.
I hadn't realized but on the left, just over Maryann's shoulder is Tara--dressed all in white. We have a different angle on Eggs here--though we've seen the bloody knife. The question is--whose blood is it!?
This is new expression for Maryann. She's devoid of that nasty smirk ( Maryann not Michelle--I love Michelle) and truly looks like she's nearly in awe. You can see Sookie's tanned arm pictured side by side but behind Maryann's left arm--with Bill restraining her.
We've seen a variation on this shot of Sookie looking very, very distraught.

I hadn't noticed him until I saw this wallpaper in full (see link below for the full set of wallpapers from the True Blood Season 2 Finale) but that is Andy Bellefleur (Chris Bauer) on the ground at the base of the meat totem to Maryann's right--see his cast? Further, if you look at the caps I've taken from the promo you have an idea of his reaction:
