Supporting Kristen in supporting DEXTER.
Dexter Season 4, begins Sept. 27 and on this we can agree: Dexter is a great show--maybe the best premium cable show going into the fall season. Before True Blood, it was my and spouse's favourite premium cable show and it is THE reason when I chopped our teevee cable bill back by about $80 yesterday that I kept Showtime (it probably still is spouses fave). Here are some sneak peaks--with all new scenes fleshing out some previous snippets. After each sneak a few spoilerish morsels gleaned from Kristen. Excitement!
Above: John Lithgow's Trinity Killer is..."the most chilling nemesis Dexter's ever had...his crimes are deeply cruel, if not as brutal as some we've seen."
Dexter (Michael C. Hall) is...a great dad but "he's really having trouble with..."neighbors" and "community."
...at one point, Rita (Julie Benz) even gets a glimpse of how much the real Dexter doesn't like to play nice with others."
Debra (Jennifer Carpenter) will not have a nice, steady romantic life due to Frank Lundy showing up--which really is not spoiler-ish but..."look for an unexpected flirtation between two regular characters" is slightly spoilerish--especially if the two are of the same sex!
Lundy (Keith Carradine) btw, is now retired and hunting serial killers more or less as a hobby(!) He believes that "the shadow he's been hunting for 15 years, the Trinity Killer, might be in town."
