By now it seems established that True Blood episode titles are taken from song titles. This weekend's "Heart Hearted Hannah" appears to refer to someone in the show--but who? We have so many based on the promo (and past behaviour) to pick from. First among those has to be Lorena, Bill Compton's maker from the civil war era. She was a vicious heartless vampire then and she seems not to have changed other than her more upscale appearance.

OTOH, though I have no new caps of Maryann her previous act of cutting out of Ms. Jeanette's heart and making stew with it, not to mention trying to kill Sookie, certainly qualifies her:
Maryann's Miss Jeanette's Heart Stew
Finally, if there ever was a scheming, manipulating wench Sarah Newlin qualifies:
Dumb as a sack of hammers Jason never had chance once Sarah Newlin set her sights on him.
