The above photo of Kara " Starbuck" Thrace and Leoben Conoy have nothing to do with the three clues from today. It is a head's up that there are some "for reals" spoilers below and if you don't want to know, wait until you've seen the show.
Now for the "Clues"
From The SciFi network's You Will Know The Truth.
Skiffy hasn't quite adhered to their stated time frame about the release of the clues. If they are trying to work fans up into a frenzy, I think they can give it a rest and just unspool the remaining clues in a somewhat civilized and aboveboard fashion. However, according to Galactica Variants the remaining clues will be withheld until just prior to the American premiere of Season 4.5 on January 16. The remaining ten clues are set to spew forth on January 15 and 16.
Yay.
Clue #17 is a video clip
from From Season 4, E5, " The Road Less Traveled" and it features the Demetrius crew dissing Starbuck, questioning if she's human and/or crazy, then she walks in and shoots dagger eyes at them all.
Clue #18 is a photograph, something right outta left field MASSIVE *SPOILER*
Hotdog (Bodie Olmos) and Tyrol (Aaron Douglas), both apparently having been in a fight, stand over a bed in sick bay.
Something has happened to baby Nicholas.
Little Nick is revealed to not be the son of Tyrol rather Hotdog is his bio dad which means we can stop wondering about Nicky and the consequences of his half-Cylon parentage. He's a full-blooded human. Also, apparently the smell of cabbage does not bother Hotdog as it does Tyrol.
Clue #19 is another photograph, this one causing a lot of discussion on BSG forums: *SPOILERS*
Tigh, in street clothes, appears to be extricating himself from the rubble of a major explosion. This is said to be most likely a flashback tied to the earlier flashback of Tyrol at the market on Earth/Terra. They didn't die because Final Fivers cannot die.
EDIT/ We now know that the much-discussed possibility that Ellen was with him is true and that this scene took place about 2000 years prior to current events. Draw your own conclusions but it appears TVGuide was correct in trumpeting the revelation of the fifth Cylon in the first eppy of S4.5.
