My peace plant is blooming. It would be a really good thing if it could bring a bit of peace to this household. Ugh. I thought losing phone and Internet in the middle of work yesterday was a big deal. Automessage when I reached Comcast: "You will be having outages lasting 'till 5 a.m. while we do upgrades." Message from me to Comcast: Do you think next time you do a planned outage you might have your autodialing system ring me up and give me the heads up? 'Ya know, just for the sake of my sanity?

Comcast's incompetence is now legendary. They actually employ someone to scour blogs looking for negative comments about Comcast. I'm surprised he hasn't posted something here.
