What are the 10 foods you must have in your refrigerator and/or your kitchen cabinet?
Firstly, I don't cook. I know how and I like to make breakfast and bake a bit but otherwise I'm not interested. (Also, I'm a carbs freak.)

1. 8-grain bread
2. Lo Salt Wheat Thins
3. Deli-sliced Swiss cheese 4.
Mocha Java coffee
5. Dole Strawberry-Kiwi 100% juice
6. Arizona Green Tea w/ Ginseng
7. Mixed greens/ baby carrots
8. Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
9. Newman's Own Blueberry Pecan Cluster cereal
10. Low-fat milk
Finally, since our water comes from Lake Michigan it doesn't really taste...right.
So I drink more than anything else on the list, bottled water.

I guess there are some benefits from having a Great Lake handy.

I didn't appreciate Lake Michigan's water until we moved to Mesa. Even with a filter, the water here is barely potable.
