I'll probably see this movie as my younger son read the three-book series and liked it--plus they have a cool website and I like fantastical stuff. :)
It appears to be that it's release date is 'round the winter holidays so that increases the chance we'll go, too.
I hope it's a really good adaption as he's quite the critic of films culled from his more favoured books as I believe this and it's two companion books are.
Probably the only book adaption into film that he didn't quibble with much was the Lord of The Rings trilogy.
