I saw the RHCP in '86 in a Boston club. I knew I was on to something. Totally agree with you. They've put on a few pounds, but they're still ripped musicians who can flat-out play.

Red Hot Chili Peppers.
I am totally addicted to Stadium Arcadium. I think they've matured a lot and have never sounded better.
I do that with music--take one or in this case two CD's and play the heck out of them.
I tend to be a bit of a fogey about rock bands. The Chili's came together in California in 1983--the year of my first son's birth and same time I was living there. All these years later somehow the core founders of the band, Flea & Anthony Kiedis are alive & well. And that's a very good thing. :)
