Reminds me of the California Adventure ride "over" the state of California (this view from plane approaching SF.)
(...Northern (brrrrr..I wanna go to Disneyland :/ but Santa Rosa-- is in an area near/in the Russian River Valley and there are some nice little wineries in those parts :)-- and San Francisco (for lots of stuff/until my $ runs out)) for a bloggers/Forum Board Meet-up.
No more vacation after this for a while--just work and moving to St. Charles will be my main focus besides my three biggest loves--Being a mom, Being the proud owner of a Mustang GT convertible, and taking pic's--especially more recently with the nice camera (Nikon digital SLR with nice lenses), sometimes altering them, sometimes leaving them alone.
It is more handy though to borrow my son's nice 3.1 mega-pixel Cool Pix--super light-weight/portable--and at $100, reasonably priced, (though we have bought a $60-$70 camera kit-plus camera bag for my son's 8-day tour/performances in Hawaii with his choral group this July past and for me to grab every once in a while a while. Like I said--portable with good resolution under $100 stripped down, are the real reasons I use the cameras interchangeably depending on whether I want to lug the digi-SLR around.
I have a lot of learning to do and right now I'm doing it on 3 different cameras-- and all are new to me! Fun! :D
